Anyone know where to get a replacement for the Sureshot card? I am an original DV-Rack user, not the Adobe version. I left a shoot with my clapperboard and the Sureshot card and all my shoot notes on the roof of my Grand Voyager after a particularly gruelling day! Duh!

Added note:

If anyone is willing to scan their card and email me the images that would be a great help. In order to prove that I am not some lousy pirate trying to get something I haven't paid for, I am more than happy to provide proof of purchase/serial number/video clips of the card in use on location/photo of me posing with the original box, as required!!!
