I am uploading videos to Veoh. Was wondering (based on the specs they site for uploading) if i am doing it right from premiere pro cs3. -using Adobe Media encoder...
Here are the specs for Viral's videos, Veoh's own show. These videos are high quality and reasonable size. They also produce high quality flash previews very well.
Video: H264 (AVC1)
Resolution: 640x480
Framerate: 24fps
Data Rate: 700 Kbits/sec
Audio: MP4 Audio
Number of channels: 1 (mono)
Data Rate: 48 Kbits/sec
I think i got all the specs filled in right in "Adobe media Encoder", except for the Data Rate, of 700kbis/sec. ??? In the Adobe media encoder it lists the rate at "Mbps" and not Kbits/sec.
Am i to assume that 700kbits is less than 1 mbps?
