If I bought NEO-HD today, would I be able to upgrade to NEO-4k in the future?

In other words, if I paid $599 for NEO-HD today, would I still have to pay another $999 for NEO-4k if I decided I needed 4k in the future?

Yes. In our online store you can see that if you upgrade from Neo HD to Neo 4K you get a $599 credit. This has always been our policy.
