Hi, I recently bought one of these microphones to use with my new Canon XL2 because I'm shortly going to be shooting some interview-style footage.
However even though it's a stereo mic it only has one pin but the external microphone plug has two pins. Consequently the audio is only recorded onto 1 channel.
Is there anyway around this other than buying a new microphone? I also have Adobe Audition 1.5 for my audio editing.
The mic is definately working fine because I tested it on my Panasonic GS400, then loaded the audio into Audition and it's recorded onto two channels nicely.
Thanks for any advice :-)
