Eek... I uploaded mine yesterday (55_UC8_sixmilechange.mov) and it finished, it got to 100% - but I don't see it on the list.

Do I re-upload?

Mike- I've just checked the uploads and your not in the folder. So yeah I'd give it another try. If you want to verify this time, shoot me an email (mdtmail@yahoo.co.uk) and I'll take another look today.

Mat - cheers, I will re-upload later this afternoon and shoot you an email. Maybe my antivirus or something killed it.

Especially in the last few days of the challenge, I try to check as often as I can to update the upload list.
If you tried to upload it and it doesn't show up after the next update. drop an email so someone can see if it's there or not.

I think it's there now. I got a "success" screen that I didn't get before.

I just realized I named my video "29_VC8_Transformation_of_scenery_with_music revA.mov" with a "VC8" instead of a "UC8". I hope that does not disqualify me from the contest?

Hi Oliver -- Mis-naming your file does not DQ your entry, but it would be a big help to our webmaster and save him a lot of time, if you could re-name the file properly and re-load it...we'll delete the first file...

I'm just about ready to give up and say the heck with it....slow is an understatement....stopped would be a better term.

And so did i.
The first upload i did was acording to windows xp, 60,3mb.
When i uploaded it the uploading tool told me it was 61mb.
So i re-encoded in the last minute and is currently uploading another version of it that is 59mb. Still the upload tool tells me the file is 60.7mb big.
Why should microsofts way of counting a megabyte be any other. Hehe.

I don't have time to render a new one and upload before deadline so i hope it counts when the filesize is 59mb in windows.

My entry number is 43 by the way. Great if the admin could delete the biggest entry. Renamed the smallest one with (this one is under 60mb) so the judges should know the one to use.

Last minute entry is stressfull.. Hehe

Wow, the films are coming in fast and furious right now.
I'm bagging my own film so I'll be checking the upload queue as often as I can.

OK, I uploaded my video with the corrected file name. Hopfully I did it correctly this time.

This is the list that Mat will go off of when he posts the films.
Please check to make sure you used the right number and everything is set to go.

Not sure if you've sorted this out already, but Bob Thieda has been assigned two entries - latest one with wrong entry number (16) and first one with correct number (18). Two different titles. Perhaps 16 belongs to Jeremy Doyle.

Hmph. Hands up, I have to admit to another screw up.
I originally named the file 08_UC8_whitelines.mov , taking the 08 from the theme announce thread, when it should have been 23 from the sign up thread. I have uploaded the 23_UC8_whitelines.mov fully now, but I hope this hasn't got in the way of Annie's entry.

If there's an award out there for "filmmakers with the least common sense"

I named my file with the wrong number. I was looking at the Theme thread instead of the sign up thread.

I named my entry “16_UC8_VisualTransformations.mov”. It should be “25_UC8_VisualTransformations.mov”. Should I upload the corrected file, or can you rename it.
