I'm having a problem installing AspectHD. I've already filled out a ticket (last week) with Cineform support and still haven't had any response. So, in hopes that the ubiquitous David Newman (even though he's away at NAB) will be perusing this site I am posting here:
1. I downloaded the trial version of AspectHD about a month ago and used it with my CS3. Trial version expired.
2. Purchased the full version and installed it. However, after activating it, the Cineform presets dissappeared in the 'new project' window.
3. Did and uninstall/re-install of AspectHD, but to no avail.
4. Filled out support ticket with Cineform but have had no response from support in several days.
Is there an easy fix to this problem? I would prefer avoiding a complete uninstall/re-install of Premiere CS3.
