will vegas support sse4.1 instruction of new 45nm quads? (that would be v. important for HD video)

Desktop systems with Penryn chips are virtually unavailable, as are the chips themselves.

Don't think anyone on this board even knows when 8.0c is coming let alone when support for an as yet unavailable processor will happen. I've seen one unimpressive laptop with a Penryn being sold, so I am thinking it will be awhile.
