For some reason when i apply the looks effect to a clip, and click on the [EDIT] options which usually opens their standalone program which lets you sort through the various effect, its not doing that anymore. I click and wait, and nothing happens...

Any clue?

Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling it? anything else i should try? Remove CS3 and reinstall everything?

upon further looking it seems like Premiere is spitting out an error that says

"LooksBuilderfailed to launch. Please ensure the application has not been renamed or moved from the install location."

hmm if i run in windows xp compatability mode it works fine. wierd.
