If you haven't heard about it already, the annual party from VASST/Sony is being held in Las Vegas at NAB, TheFullHD (www.thefullhd.com) is the place to register. The room is nearly full; last year we had to turn away a couple dozen people. The same is expected this year but if you're registered, you are guaranteed to be able to come through the doors. Walk-ups...no guarantee.
You can see by the info on the registration site, it's a great lineup.

Whoo-hooo! Getting excited. Looking forward to meeting other Vegas users and asking the Survivor Man what equipment he uses and how many tapes/batteries he has to take on his adventures. This should be the best VASST powered Sony Vegas party yet! Who will be attending from DVInfoNet?

I've had the pleasure of being in some of his training seminars and he's quite good to learn from, if you can get into a class of his, I'd suggest it (assuming he's teaching something you're interested in).
