I need to be able to output a streaming web version of a 30 min HD show from FCP without tying up FCP for an hour. Currently, I choose export > then either use current settings (our graphics guy then converts it to Flash) or quicktime conversion and make a 320 x 240 file. Either way, it takes FCP about an hour to make the file.

Is there a better way?
