Liquid work's fine with the HD7.

When you say it works fine... do I not have to convert the TOD files?? Does Liquid accept and use them? I'm buying this camera tomorrow if it does.

You need to change their extension -- a process than can be automated.

Barry, the page you posted mentions (not tested on 1440CBR). So you did test FHD, right?

The manual states "if you plan to export via iLink (firewire) you must use 1440CBR". But I guess that's not the case if you're grabbing the files directly via USB and renaming??

You are correct. Moving files allows you to use FullHD. But, there's no real resolution difference between 1440CBR (HDV) and FullHD.
