Everything seems like it could just be some just ok stuff from asia, but all the pictures of the women makes it seem a bit suspect.

I was thinking to get the smallest kit and buy a fresnel from b&h and call it a day.

If it looks too good to be true, it probably is. Sketchy page name and little details makes that a shop i would never use.
