hey guys,

just got my z7u in today and I've been playing around with it. my question is will this camera work with the other 35mm adapters out there in the market i.e. the rng35 or redrock m2 (i've read somewhere the 72mm ring isn't like the old z1u ring)? Is it even worth getting one if the ring adapter will be coming out soon to work w/ alpha/minolta lenses? thanks!

How's the autofocus on your camera?

Does it take long to focus on it's target?

There's a few people complaining about the focusing on this camcorder, what's your verdict?

I tested out my AF yesterday, and focusing from a further distance to an object that is closer, the AF is very fast (less than half a second), however, re-adjusting and going vice versa, it took roughly about a second to 2 to re-focus. I'm not sure if this is normal, but I will have to test out my AF on my A1U to get a better idea of what the speeds should be like.
