Our workstation crashed and we had to reinstall everything. We could not deactivate the software. We now can not activate it on the new system.
What do I need to do to activate? I submitted a support ticket. Thanks.

Most of our software comes with two activations for this senerio, although it seems like your weren't able to use that. Also your rebuilt system should now work without activation for 15-days, giving time for support to get back from the weekend. If you didn't need an OS reinstall, and you don't get another 15-days of trial, bump up a software version. i.e. If you own Prospect HD, use the the Prospect 2K trial, that will get you 15-days, use 4K if you own 2K. To cool thing is there is always a way to get 15-days more (once) in a crisis.
