I've never had to reactivate before and I need to get working on a project. I filed a ticket with support, but so far I haven't heard back. Anyone know what I need to do to get up and running?

Send an email to support. They were able to resolve my re-activation issue with-in a day, which is not bad since I had 15 days of usage without activation. I then dawdled for 9 days and activated today with no problems.

Be sure to include sufficient information that they can solve your problem (name, serial number, etc...).
