I have been contacted by a CABLE TV network to shoot and edit 30 second commerical spots. Can someone that has done this please provide me with some information so I can have an idea on what to quote?

Here in my area, mom and pop cable spot productions run $400 to $500 for 30 second spots. Air rates run $4 to $10 per spot.
