I have two versions of Premiere Pro installed on the same machine: 1.5 and CS3. I cannot use the latter with our current defunct (SD) hardware, a Canopus DVRex RT Pro. We are trying to evaluate ProspectHD (with PP CS3). Unfortunately, it seems to be making itself available in 1.5 only (which is incompatible, I know) and not CS3. Any suggestions? Thanks!
On a related note, am I correct in assuming I have to have a serial number (i.e. purchased version) of a Cineform product to log a support ticket? If yes, can I just use my registered AspectHD serial, even though I am inquiring about another product?
