I am looking for an HDV capture utility that will allow me to control my camera, preview (video and audio), select scenes and then do a batch capture.

Final Cut Pro Studio 2 does not allow you to preview audio when working with HDV - this is a very annoying limitation.

I'm thinking about going back to Premiere CS3 or finding a Capture Utility that will allow me to preview the HDV (video and audio).

Can anyone recommend a good all around tool for this on Mac OS X?

Does anyone know if this works with Premiere CS3?
