We have a confirmed problem with the two products .... GV does not want to acknowledge the problem because they don't have Squeeze.

Basically, before EDIUS 4.6 upgrade, Squeeze works fine. After you put in EDIUS 4.6 upgrade, Squeeze will show its video upside down. It will initially (but very briefly) show it correctly oriented - then it flipped it upside down. If you attempt to encode the resulting video, it will also be upside down.

Please take note of the problem - which we have no fix right now.

We can sidestep it by using Procoder 3 or Procoder Express - but, this means Squeeze can't be used once you upgrade to version 4.6 of EDIUS.

Thats really odd.

I have EDIUS 4.6 and Squeeze 4.5 on the same machine and they behave perfectly together, just to let you know it can be done....

Count your lucky stars then. GV has acknowledged it was their problem. And a fix is already published.
