I'm wondering if anyone else is seeing douple clips in the FCP bins after downloading from the card. Not all, but about half of the clip numbers are duplicated each time. I'd love to hear your comments/ suggestions for workarounds. g.s.

This has been covered in the regular forums but the short answer is to use XDCAM transfer outside of Final Cut and import the clips after they've been rewrapped to your Hard Drive. I usually just drag from the finder to the bin.

XDCAM transfer 2.5.1 has just been released and I haven't installed it yet. It possibly fixes this bug.
