i have mine printed out A3, and bookings written in as the couple names (and location), then highlight colour-code them to show different packages...quicker to see at home than looking on your PC, PDA, iPod, Phone!

Great idea, Richard. It inspired me to make U.S versions too for letter and tabloid sized papers.
