I've been using Aja Xena LHe with my XPx64 computer for the last weeks but I'm having some strange issues since then. If I just use the drivers included with my Prospect 2K software I can't monitor PPro CS3 timeline using the Aja SDI out (I just got a garbled image no matter what settings I try) but If I install Aja own drivers (latest version dated 2007/12) strangely enough I can correctly monitor PPro timeline using the Cineform controls in a Cineform project... without a flaw.
With AE CS3 I've encountered another problem: With the Prospect 2K drivers I don't get external monitoring of the timeline. With the workaround explained above (installing Aja own drivers over Prospect 2K) I get a correct signal randomly... I have to mess with Aja controls inside AE to get an image and each time I perform a task (apply a filter, etc) image vanishes until I change Aja settings again... Quite annoying. Up until now I've been living with my "solution" but I know this is not a good scenario. Any suggestions on what's happening?
Regards
