I have a project I'm working on - clips captured from a Canon XH-A1. I've finished it up in stereo, but I'm now trying to do it in surround sound. I've tried following the manual - but no matter what I do I can only get sound from my two front speakers.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Options - Prefs - Audio Device.
Make sure that's configured properly.
Mine has a nasty habit of switching to Microsoft Sound Mapper whenever it feels like it :-(

I ended up having to re-install my creative drivers/software. It's fine now.
