Hi,
I have a Panasonic VW-LW4307ME WA lens that I used to use with my Panasonic GS400 camcorder. It is 43mm thread as is the HV20. I produced good results using the lens with the GS400 but when I attach it to the HV20 and watch the HD footage on a 50" plasma there is an obvious softening/blurring at the edges.
I assume therefore that I need to upgrade the WA lens to a "HD" lens rather than SD. Unfortunately, in the UK there seems to be a shortage of "HD" lenses. I have seen advertised a Raynox HD6600-pro. Would I see a noticeable improvement in quality using this lens over the panasonic ? Does anyone have any experience of this lens ?
