I bought a GY-HD110 back when JVC had the Anton/bauer promotion that was SUPPOSED to go through March. Then they changed it to IDX after I ordered my camera but before I was invoiced. My dealer told me they would take care of me. I found a rebate form online that had the right model and right dates and right rebate(Anton/Bauer) I printed then lost it. It would make this simpler if I could find it. Does anyone have a link to the .pdf they could post?
