Hi Agatha,

Without more details of where your problem starts, it's hard to give you advice.

Do you export an *.avi from PP2? If yes, check the avi. Is it 16:9? If not, your export settings are wrong.

If the avi is 16:9, then the settings in the program you are using to make the flv are probably wrong. Make sure you have the correct aspect ratio selected.

I edit in PP2 use 16:9 format, and convert to flv using 4:3 format (letter box) as you suggested. I thinks it's better now. Many many thanks.

PS: I'm the daughter of owner of this company and I'm the only English speaker her..... soon I will add my equipment update.... we use mostly nikon and recently we add videography division with cooperation with some Alabama Film Company as our technical advisor

Second question

What web provider that can display our video clip better than you tube ?

My local web designer only able to supply 320x240 resolution (same as youtube)

The method they use to re-encode video's upon uploading is superior to
you tube - free !

Render to FLV using whatever settings are best for your video, then upload to blip.tv. Blip.tv will show your original FLV in true widescreen. You can also embed the Blip.tv player in your site.

While not a wedding video, here is one project I used with Blip.tv:

Open Flash Video 8 Encoder program. Browse your computer for your .avi file and select "Add" This will bring your .avi file into the Flash 8 video encoder. Then go into "settings" on the right and then select "Show advanced settings" on the lower left.
When that window opens, check "resize" and and uncheck "maintain aspect ratio". Then right above that set your video size to 448x252 if your target audience are DSL users.

Back up at the top you need to name the file to whatever naming convention you use and then hit ok. Then hit "start queue" to begin encoding. This will make your flash video a true 16:9
