I use AlienSkin's Exposure 2 application http://www.alienskin.com/exposure/ to achieve film look for all of my still photography.

Will this plug-in work in Premier? anyone using it? If it does work, I'm concerned whether the generated grain will remain the same from frame to frame?

Well, its the other way around.... you can bring in footage to Photoshop, apply any plugin that you have for Photoshop to the footage and bring it all back into Premiere Pro....
