As you all know On2 is a company that made the On2Vp6 codec that macromedia (Adobe) uses for it's FLV Flash clips.
Well they also made a Vp7 version and due to a few reasons it was not used as a flv codec mainly because it took more hp to run.
Well that may change in the future with flv but in the meantime I encoded out a 1280/720 HD clip from an EDIUS timeline @ 1500kbps and boy am I impressed.
Here is the link to the 60 meg, 5 minute clip that I embedded into a web page. Windowa Media player will play it and if you double click it will go full screen. @1500kbps it should stream in real time for most broadband users.

You need to go to On2 site to download the free Vp7 player& encoder to watch. http://www.on2.com/index.php?496
If you are lucky to be using EDIUS you can go here to see how I did it.
