Purchased an HD200 a few weeks ago and found the the Ch.2 audio is DOA.
I've sent 2 emails 'requesting support' and left a message at the extension that picks up for info on 'the perfecr experience" and the only thing I've gotten is the sound of crickets.
and it's not the first time, I had a simple question about the Anton promo and sent emails to three different people ( regional & district ) and nada.
and before it's asked, no, I haven't tried calling the dealer ( B&H ) yet
any helpful suggestions?
