I've looked everywhere, here and in the Vegas 7 help file, and am beginning to suspect it's not possible to do what I want to do.
Assume I have 4 or so tracks on the timeline, a couple of video tracks, a couple of audio tracks. I selct a clip on track 1 and edit it, now I want to go to the clip directly below it on track 3 or 4. Is there a way to select this clip through a keyboard shortcut?
I can toggle focus between track list and timeline, selecting a track number, but the clip selected remains at the original track number, if that makes sense.
The reason I'd like a shortcut on this is I just got a ShuttlePro, and it would make life a lot easier to assign a couple of buttons to select up and down the tracks, rather than shifting to the mouse all the time.
Cheers
