As I have heard, Jan/Feb are the biggest bookings months....and I believe it so far.

I want to create a checklist of things to cover with the B&G in the first initial meeting so nothing is being forgotten.

We make a list of bullets about our company that are things we want to talk about. When we meet with brides, this goes in their packet that they get from us We use it as our talking points in the interview and then send it home with them. You get into a rythm after a while...
