Which project settings do you use in Prospect when capturing HDV 1080 50i?

thx

We could add that preset, and so can you. It is not there for historical reasons, Prospect HD used to be bunded with AJA Xena cards which don't have a 1440x1080 mode.

Because my Aspect Trial has expired so you suggested to continue for another 15 days with ProspectHD.

How to fit that in? And does it then capture from APP2.0 with my Canon XH-A1?

thx

Yes. Preset are just, presets, you are create your own at differents resolutions and choose the capture device for HDV. To make it simple Aspect HD presets run in PHD (attached.)

unzip and install in C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Pro CS3\Settings\en_US\CineForm

thx a lot. Yes that's what I tried now - I get it in the project settings - startet a new 1440x1080i Project, take CINEFORM HDV CAPTURE and changed device controll to phd crash device controll, but it says the camera is offline. Do I unstill Prospect, the device control works with DV/HDV device controll.

Use the presents I sent you. The Crash Record Device Control is for HDSDI users, you want the CineForm HDV Device Controller.

Sorry just does not work. I did as you said - and it says "There is any severe mistake .... Premiere has to stop....(translated from German into English). I also tried to put the settings instead of en_us into de_DE. Aspect automatically installs the plugin and settings into the de_DE Folders.

??
thx Eric

What doesn't work? The presets or the correct device controller. Install wherever your preset go. All other question should go to support now.

It doesn't recognize the canon xh-a1 and scene detection doesn't work. So from within premiere i can't control the camera.

thx

Now a stock support issue. I don't work in that area. Sorry.
