I took my Canon xh a1 to Florida Disneyland. I found out that the Zoom, Rec ON/OFF (all) buttons found near the microphone have seized to work. The main zoom, Rec ON/OFF work.

Is this some mechanical flaw that needs repair, or some setting I mistakenly set, causing it not to work.
I am worried.
Has anyone had the same issue?

There's a button LOCK switch on the side. Try unlocking it.

Yep. Sounds like the 'Lock' switch on the right/front of the handle is engaged.

Its always nice when its just a lock switch doing its job. When you read a post like this, always like to see it end in a good way.
