I was wondering do cooking shows sell well generally speaking?

Assume there was a show made on a certain type of foreign cuisine, 30 episodes for 30 minutes per episode; how much would such a show sell for?

Too many factors to even begin, my suggestion, shoot a pilot and shop it around. Then you'll know for sure what you can get. I know a guy who shot a fishing show pilot shopped it around and got $30,000 an episode.
