Today I got confirmation that my EX1 has shipped. So while waiting it I'd like to know what to check and what tests to do when it comes. I want to be sure that my unit is fully functional and bug free.

So could you guys list known bugs AND the best ways to test my unit to make sure my unit is bug free? If you have possible solutions or have some information directly from Sony concerning fixes, please, post them too.

Hey Tuomas, where did you order your EX1 from and when? I was hoping to receive mine before new years but no info from my UK dealer on shipping yet.

I guess another thing worth checking is the battery drain; there are mixed reports on whether it only happens when the battery is left attached (in which case the camera would be causing it), or the battery loosing the charge by itself.
