I'm in HDLink attempting to downconvert, 1080 23.976 to NTSC widescreen, rendered and exported clips using Aspect HD.


the error: ConvertClip(next) (0x80040207 - the owner SID on a per-user subscription doesn't exist) in (CFCaptureDIg.cpp at 2006)

Any Help would be greatly appreciated.

What version of Aspect HD are you running? Please send that information to www.cineform.com/support, as well as a screen snapshot of the rest of the log window (not the whole screen just the log is fine -- JPG compresss please.)
