I had over half the trial period remaining on my Prospect 2K (I'm actually just testing the Prospect HD components in Prospect 2K). I wanted to try it with CS3 so uninstalled PHD, installed CS3, then reinstalled PHD. I then get the message that my trial period is over. I thought these settings were kept throughout an uninstall/install process -- are they not?

Any quick fix to get my trial period back (other than plunking down the money before finishing my test run)?

Did you re-install PHD or P2K, I believe your PHD trial had already expired? Unless you deactived it doesn't make sense, as the trial license should remained. If you need an extend trail you will now have to work through support, sorry, they are no more short cuts.

Nevermind. My bad. Thanks for the attempts at help -- it appears I'm sometime beyond help! It's now working fine.
