Hi, I'm looking at getting a matte box for my Z1 and was wondering if anyone could suggest a particular model/brand that works well with it.

Also from the websites that I've looked at the cameras seem to have a 35mm adaptor attached to the lens, is this necessary and what does it do to the image?

THere are many threads on this subject such as

If you plug in an advanced search using Matte Box and Z1 you will find at least 5 more.

I am using the "indian Knock off Matte box" which works fine, but is not as classy or anywhere near as well constructed as the Chrosiel, Vocas, or Cavision models - which are all better, but much more expensive. YOu get what you pay for here.
