How can you tell what speed you taped something you taped a while ago. I have a tape and think it was at 24p but not 100% sure, and need to re capture it.

Hoping there is a simple way to find out.

When playing back the tape in VCR / Playback mode, select Menu > Display Setup > Data Code, or press the Data Code button on the wireless remote controller.
