I'm about to upgrade my P2K software (using an SI-2K camera) and I'd like to know the difference between P2K and P2K-DL.
Thanks,
Chris.
Thanks,

View Full Version : What is Prospect 2K-DL? Chris Lakes December 8th, 2007, 08:05 PM I'm about to upgrade my P2K software (using an SI-2K camera) and I'd like to know the difference between P2K and P2K-DL. Thanks, Chris. Mike McCarthy December 8th, 2007, 08:28 PM DL is Dual-link, for HD 444 RGB Cineform captures over dual link SDI. I believe Cineform allows this to be done via Blackmagic hardware, but it might be the Xena2Ke, I am not certain as I have never used this feature. The DL version should not be necessary for the standard SI-2K workflow. I am finishing an SI-2K project right now, and I have the standard version of P2K. David Newman December 8th, 2007, 10:38 PM P2K-DL SKU is no longer an order option, with Prospect 4K replacing it. For the SI-2K a standard P2K license is all you will need.
