I just received and watched the "Ultimate Guide XL2" DVD,
but still have a question:
It's about the position preset on the 20x lens.
Suppose you use the focus-option
1) You focus on a subject far away, then move the "on-set"button to set.
2) You focus on another object closer.
The to get the focus to the point set before, I have to use the "on-set"button,
and move that to On.
But this goes very fast, and on the DVD it shows it can be done slow to.
Same thing with the zoom.
When I use my Manfrotto lanc controler, the focus as wel as the zoom go behind the set-point.
Same with both zoom rockers.
When I use the "on-set"button it goes to fast for me,
and the camera always moves alittle, by touching the lens.
The DVD does not explain that to me.
The XL2 manual neather.
Can somebody else explain it to a Dutchman?
How do I use this better, I like the possibility on the cam so much!
