While there are a lot of new thing in progress, we decided to lease 3.2.1 early (Aspect 5.2.1) as there was a bug introduced in 3.2.0 in pulldown removal. Anyone using the Sony V1U, Canon HV20, HG10 etc. should get this version. The rest of the changes mainly benefit the SI-2K and Red One.

I tried downloading the new update last night and this morning to two different e-mail address, but I never got a link. Is there a problem with the e-mail servers? I checked my spam folder but it didn't go there.

Is there a way that users with licenses could have access to a section of the Cineform site where we can always download the latest build without going through the trial-request-email procedure?

Once every few weeks our email server seems to take a brief nap and we have to reset it. It must have gone to sleep last night. We'll get it reset when we get into the office.

I'm confused. I went to Cineform.com to get the Aspect 5.2.1 Build update, but the link only wants to give me the Neo 3.2.1 update. I've never seen this before- are they interchanagable??

Robert, they are not interchangeable. Please direct me to the link that is in error. I looked at the emails that are sent out and they appear to be correct

I just got my email link for the download and it is correct: Aspect 5.2.1
The confusion came from the Cineform web page- http://www.cineform.com/products/Downloads/Downloads.htm
which shows download/update Aspect HD "Windows Only v 3". When you click the "update log", it displays the Neo 3.2.1 log.
I think it is just a link error on your webpage.

Robert, thank you for doing QA work on our website! It's now fixed. That's what I get for copying and pasting a Row while forgetting to properly checking active links....

Wow, you mean you guys are human? I was beginning to wonder...with the speed with which you crank out new versions!
