This was at the bottom of Avid's announcement that they will be launching new initiatives to better listen to customers:
"... The company also announced that it will not have an exhibition booth at the 2008 National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) Convention, but plans to be in Las Vegas next April to meet with customers."
This just seems odd to me. Essentially Avid is going to listen to customers, but also dodge the single most important customer gathering of the year.
I just don't get it.
