Hi this is a general question regarding the work flow of H1's footage shot in 24F mode.

I rented two XL H1s for a wedding this weekend and plan on shooting everything in 24F mode.. I'm using Sony Vegas 7 and wondering:

1) Can Vegas support XL H1 footage in 1080i @ 24F ?
2) After editing, Can I change project settings to an SD preset to effectively "down-convert" the footage to SD?
