Guys,

Is there a way to actually get HDV 24F capture out of my Canon XH-A1 without FCP 5 OR 6. I currently have FCP 4.5 HD and FCX HD 3.5. Or do I need to update my FCP to current version for use on my Macbook Pro? I know you can use 30F and the 60i easy set-up in FCX but I was looking for some other possible work around.
