David, on the CF website, the latest Prospect HD update is shown as "build 143". Is this the same as the "http://www.cineform.com/downloads/ProspectHDv320b142a-071116.zip"?

Just on the chance there was a difference, I started to dowload it, but saw it's the same, so assume there are no more changes, is that correct?

I think Prospect HD and Aspect HD and the same as the beta and the link will likely be 142a, however all the 2K/4K products did get a revision and are build 143.

I emailed Jake early last week because the new Neo HDV went haywire, duplicated 130 gigs of five minutes of clips, sent him a screen capture, but never heard back from tech support, I cannot use the new build, only to convert after I capture into Vegas 8 then convert to cineform, cannot capture at all with cineform. I tried clip at a time and that wn't work either.

I suggest you try again. We have been no changes to the HDV capture in HDLink for about a year. As you using email, support works best via the ticket system (www.cineform.com/support), that way your enquiry won't get lost.
