How do you light dim churches using 3 open-face light?

Is this right?..

1.) During processional the 1000w arri is positioned at the end of the Aisle then the second 1000w in the middle of the Aisle then the third one in the altar? all 1000w light

What you need to be careful of is position and lens flare into your cameras. Depending on how high the ceiling is, also depending on the size I would recommend looking at 1 in the back towards the alter and then the other two at angles covering the alter and front rows. If you can bounce the lights off the ceiling or walls that would be best. It will give you a much more natural soft look. It's amazing a just a little light makes a difference versus a lot of light making things bright and unnatural. The best thing to do would be to be able to set-up ahead of time and experiment with what works best.

Think also as David said to bounce off the light against a wall would be the best option to give you the most natural light. What about the one in the middle of the aisle and the one close to the couple, won't they show up in your footage? I don't know how the lights look like but it's like seeing a tripod in your image I guess and that's not very "church" like.
