Does anyone know if this Canon zoom and focus controller work for the Fujinon lens?

It's the last piece on the list.

Very doubtful. I've never used a Canon controller that's worked on a Fujinon lens. Now, if it's a manual zoom/focus controller, it might work (using the teeth on focus/zoom.)

Usually the zoom controller have a switch, so you can change between Canon and Fujonon. Also some model have an other switch for 8pin or 12 pin connection. So the zoom controller usually work with both. But I don't know this model.
The focus controller is the same except the gear, - which is need to attach to the bottom of the lens - is different. One of them have more teeth. So, if you have a zoom-focus controller and you change lens brand, you just need change the gear. (Which is the most expensive part.
But again, this is some very old model, I don't know much about it.
