There is the tiniest little scratch on the back display LCD, I'm only mentioning it because I want to make sure I completely and truly represent the condition of the camera. I've really enjoyed the camera, but have recently upgraded to a DSLR and need to sell this one. Please email with any questions. Will accept cash or PayPal, can deliver in San Diego area or ship anywhere in the USA. $700.00, cash or PayPal Please private message any questions I can answer about the camera. Cheers, Michael Toenis Liivamaegi June 7th, 2009, 06:01 AM You can download a vid of this actual cam from here http://www.autonomicum.com/Canon_XHA1_sale/Canon_A1_for_sale.mpg T Charlie Branham June 7th, 2009, 06:29 AM I have an excellent pd-150 with wide angle, fisheye and a few other accessories. I sold the pd-170 because I liked the pd-150 better. it has also had the sony chip replacement done already, good camera. i have three other 2100's and could get by with out this one. let's talk. Thanks, Charlie Branham Jeff Harper June 7th, 2009, 07:30 AM Scott, you own a few cameras, so it is probably safe to say you know what you are doing. You also didn't ask for us to pick apart your reasoning for your trade idea. In addition, we (I) do not know what you shoot for a living. That all being said, my first instinct with the limited info I have on your situation would be that you would want to sell your old cams, keep your Canon, and then buy a new Canon, or something better in low light. The PD170 was/is a better camera in its way, but it doesn't shoot 16:9 (natively). My prospective customers MUCH prefer the look of the widescreen footage over the look of my old Sony's, and I show them both. I still miss my old Sony's. They were in my opinion better built and better cameras in their day. If they made them with 16:9 chips I would sell my new cameras in a minute. Scott Routt June 7th, 2009, 08:18 AM Thanks Jeff Harper. You said it well and it sounds like you understand my pain. I have a big investment in the XH-A1 and it's a fantastic camera. But I'm in a dry desert right now, and I need a glass or water more than I need a brick of gold. I'm just trying to get as much water as I can for the gold brick. Yes, I can sell it on ebay (and maybe not get screwed out of payment). And maybe I can buy a pd170 on ebay for $1700 and receive it in good working excellent condition (thats a big maybe in my paranoid mind). If you guys say your camera is in excellent condition, I'm going to trust you more than an ebay description. Of course I have found that my trusted forum family is very cheap when it comes to making trades or purchases here. Low Light/VX2100 match in my mind only equals a PD170 or VX2100. I think the world of FX1, but not for what I want it to use it for. XLR Phantom power: The PD170 has it and the VX2100 would need a $310 Beach, so keep that in mind. If someone has some other lenses, I'd be glad to work my Canon's Wide Angle lens into it, otherwise I'd sell it and get a microphone. The last thing is working condition and heads. My camera is hardly used and doesn't need repairs or maintenance. I'd want the same confidence on a trade. Toenis Liivamaegi June 7th, 2009, 09:26 AM Here you go, some photographs: Index of /Canon_XHA1_sale/XH-A1_pics (http://www.autonomicum.com/Canon_XHA1_sale/XH-A1_pics/) in 22mp high resolution Canon XH A1 in all it's glory for dirt cheap. BTW those are pics of the item as of today out of the box so you can see little dust on it, don't worry. Pay special attention to the uderside of the cam that shows a square mm of paint wear and the underside of the hood that shows that the camera is not brand new. Cheers, T Colin Pritchett June 7th, 2009, 01:47 PM Bump, this is a great light. Make me an offer! Blake Hamilton June 7th, 2009, 02:27 PM Hi All, I'm selling my Canon XH-A1 in perfect condition with all original accessories and original box plus: -Sony Eyecup -Tiffen UV filter -High Capacity Battery -Portabrace bag with rain cover (rain cover not made for A1, but works well) -Extended Repair Master Warranty (from B&H, with 3 years left) Camera has not had much use; I would guess under 15 hours on the heads. Thanh Nguyen June 7th, 2009, 04:05 PM Hey blake would you like to trade with my HD110u here http://www.dvinfo.net/conf/private-classifieds/236881-jvc-hd110u-sale.html Jordan Berry June 7th, 2009, 04:26 PM Is the light adjustable? Joe Marques June 7th, 2009, 07:19 PM Would like to sell as package - may break up if I don't get offers. Canon HV20 has very light use, probably 5 tapes total - looks LNIB - mint condition. Comes with charger and original battery. Also selling BP2L14 battery and WDH43 wide angle adapter - both mint. Throwing in 5 pack of Sony tapes - DVC 60 PR. Asking $500 for the package (honestly, not sure about used pricing - did a little research looking at old sales). I'm not a big seller here but have plenty of sales in still camera gear at fredmiranda.com (+27 feedback including many high value transactions). Jeff Harper June 7th, 2009, 08:08 PM I'm looking for a used Sony Z5 to buy immediately. Steve Montoto June 7th, 2009, 08:47 PM you plan on keeping your hmc150? Les Nagy June 7th, 2009, 09:00 PM I am selling a carefully used and well kept XL2 with a couple of hundred hours of use. Just back from Canon service for checkup and back focus adjustment on stock lens. Includes extra capacity batteries and standard accessories. All prices are in Canadian dollars, exchange rate at time of payment. Will ship anywhere in NA if seller agrees to pay for shipping. I prefer a sale in Canada in Southern Ontario is possible. Canon XL2 $1400 USD LANC controller included On camera small light included Circular polarizer and UV filter included Dead cat for microphone included Century 0.6x wide angle adapter $200 USD Custom fit bag holds everything plus extras $50 with camera purchase, would be expensive to ship but good protection for the camera during shipment and is a great bag for all the gear. Will not sell separately except locally in Southern Ontario, but will sell camera without case. All for $1,550 USD Chris Ficek June 7th, 2009, 09:14 PM Looking for a well loved Sony FX1. Also looking for accessories such as good carry bag, extra batteries and a decent tripod. Will buy camera and accessories as pieces but would love a package. Need to buy this week for possesion next week. Please email me as it will come to my Blackberry. I'm on a shoot right now so I may only reply to emails once a day. mrmaverick@tbaytel.net Thanks Chris Marcus Marchesseault June 8th, 2009, 02:40 AM I have a Rev. 2 adapter with 72mm achromat but not with the micro-collimation feature on the newest model. This unit can be upgraded by sending it in with some money to cinevate but it does work properly as it is. It just requires back focus to be set with the set screws which is likely more difficult than with the new unit. I used it on only one project and now I have switched to the Canon 5DII so I don't need the Brevis as much. I may keep my Sony V1 as a work camera but for the pretty pictures I now use the Canon. I really want to sell this as it would be a great addition to a budget movie kit so I'm only asking $300 plus $50 optional for the rails. Rails are not absolutely necessary as the Brevis is small, light, and strong. The rails I have are the 5/8" model so may not work with 15mm accessories. This setup was $1200 new and has been sitting in the airtight pelican case except when taken out for a shoot. It has the original Cinevate 1 diffuser and can be upgraded with any of their diffusers. A full upgrade to get the same features as their new model ($850) is about $275 so you would still save about $275. Buy mine to see if you like it and upgrade if you want more features. Jeff Harper June 8th, 2009, 03:01 AM There are two for sale on this forum currently, did you see those ads? Kees van Duijvenbode June 8th, 2009, 05:00 AM Are you willing to ship to the Netherlands? If so, at what extra costs? I'm highly interested. Jeff Harper June 8th, 2009, 07:38 AM No, I'm selling it today unless the sale somehow falls through. Blake Hamilton June 8th, 2009, 08:46 AM Hi Thanh, I appreciate the offer, but I'm looking to sell, not trade. Blake Ty Chu June 8th, 2009, 09:16 AM Bogen mvb 515 no longer for sale Bryan McCullough June 8th, 2009, 09:25 AM Anyone want this? I just got it for buying my Z7U. There's really nothing there that I care about buying right now. You can see what's eligible here: Advanced Amateur / Professional Camcorders & Accessories | Sony | SonyStyle USA (http://www.sonystyle.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/CategoryDisplay?catalogId=10551&storeId=10151&langId=-1&categoryId=8198552921644582896&XID=F:nab:ss) If I can't sell the coupon I'll probably just end up getting a PCM-D50 and selling it on Ebay. Speak now if you're interested, I'd gladly take $400 for it. If no takers I'll buy the PCM-D50 later this week.
