Well I have sold most my more "pro" video equipment, this is the last thing I was holding onto but my new camera is too small to warrant this big mic. I bought this approx. 1 1/2 months ago from BH Photo so it is basically new. The warranty is 10 yrs and I did not register it so you can when you recieve it. There is one hairline scratch on the mic approx 7mm long, but is barely noticeable. Below is a list of everthing that goes with this mic, I dont really want to seperate the items unless someone buys the mic first.

1. Rode NTG-2 Mic (AA or Phantom Power)
2. Rode Foam Windscreen
3. Rode Pouch
4. Rode Mic Stand Mount (slide in with 5/8" adapter)
5. Rode SM4 Shock Mount (with 5/8 & 1/4 adapters)
6. Rode SM3 Shock Mount for Hot Shoe
7. 1.5' XLR Male to XLR Angle Female Cable
8. Y - 2 XLR Male to 1 XLR Female Cable (to turn mono mic into stereo input)
9. XLR Female to 3.5" mini plug Cable
10. 50' Audio Technica XLR Male to XLR Female Cable

All items are less than 45 days to include all mounts, cables, and the mic.

All items purchased new would be over $380

Asking $300 shipped CONUS

I prefer to use Google Checkout as they charge alot less than Paypal and you do not have to open an account, just have a debit or credit card; but if you would rather use PayPal can do that too.

Please email with any questions.

Gotcha. My memories were crossed. I remembered transferring a tape I recorded on that same 8mm camera about 11 years ago but now when I think of it I used the camera itself and transferred to VHS. Then down the road I had a VHS-C camera that had an adapter.

So are there any trustworthy sources I could use to get this tape transferred to MiniDV?

I think the cheapest solution would be borrowing 8mm camcorder and using it to transfer the video onto the miniDV or computer.

That's my plan if I'm able. I only know one person who has an 8mm camera and he's not very reliable. He was supposed to bring it to me for the last 4 days and hasn't. If not I've had a couple offers I will have to check.

I don´t have an A1 anymore, so this has to go too: Canon WD-H72 Wide-Converter for XH-A1, like new. I don´t think I ever really shot with it and it definitely didn´t leave my studio.
Asking 270 USD shipped and paypaled
Thanks,
Matthias

I'm buying an HV30 sometime within the next week or so. New or used, I'm getting one.

If you're thinking of selling yours, let me know your asking price. I'm really not interested in a lot of accessories, unless it's a spare battery or a 35mm DOF adapter.

PM or post here.

Thanks,
Chris

I am selling my tapeless recording setup. It includes:
JVC GY-Hd100 camera with 16x stock lens (42drum/75 fan hours). Glass is in perfect shape
Firestore Dr-HD100 60 GIG HDD (with a charger and battery), includes .mov upgrade
Anton Bauer Gold Mount
Anton Bauer Dionic 90 battery (still holds 6 hours of use)
Tiffen 82 mm filters (3, including polarized, UV)
Kata camera jacket (Kata DVG-54 Camcorder Guard)
Porta Brace bag (Porta Brace CC-210-PW Quick-Draw Camcorder Case)
Anton Bauer power tap cable
6 pin firewire
The camera was cared for. It recently had a tape mechanism repaired, cleaned head and has firmware update. The equipment has no issues and it is guaranteed against DOA. The only reason I am selling it is because I need a different set up for my next project.
Paypal only, for your protection and my. Also please feel free to ask any questions. I can provide pictures of all the items upon request. Free shipping in the lower 48. The residents of AK, HI, Canada will be charged the actual cost.

It’s actually broken and I’m not sure how much I should sell it for since it might cost around a few hundred dollars to fix. December 2006, it fell on the floor lens first and there is no physical damage on the outside so I’m thinking maybe something is stuck inside. Everything works properly except when your trying to tape something and it’s all blurry. Also the focusing ring is a little stiff.

Anyone interested?

what kind of camera and how big of a light are you looking for? I have a Litepanels Micro which I'd consider selling, and it of course dims, has two warming gels and a diffuser gel, and it accepts external power (although it lasts for a very long time on four AA batteries - I use sony Eneloops.)

Shoot me an e-mail if you're interested, by clicking my username then clicking the "send email" link.

I just looked at the Firestore website and it looks like the FS-C is made specifically for Canon DV and HDV cameras. I used this FS-4 ProHD on my Canon XL1s with no problems, in fact it work identically to when I used it with the Panasonic DVX-100A I used to have. As long as your camera has the ability to send a signal down the firewire it will let you start and stop recording with your camera button, if it dosent you can hook up a different composite to firewire cord although most have the 1394 firewire port.

Here is the link to the FS-C info: Focus Enhancements (http://www.focusinfo.com/solutions/catalog.asp?id=171)

Chrosziel Matte Box for Sale: $1,000 OBO

Includes:
1. 416-03 16:9 Matte Box (this is what is stamped into the inside of the matte box).
2. Top flag (Chrosziel 402-26 is printed on outside of flag)
3. Two 4x4 rotating filters (Chrosziel brand).
4. Back mount is listed diameter 104mm.
5. Chrosziel brand step down ring: 104-85mm (stamped 411-23).
6. Rail support

Notes:
The matte box is dusty :)
The rail support fits loosely, but is removeable by two thumbscrews and I would advise buying an adjustable one (for some reason this one is a set height).
The very bottom of the matte box has two small square cuts to allow support rods to extend past mattbox when using the included rail supports (the rods would hit the bottom of the matte box, and sometimes this caused a problem).

Please email me for pictures. devon@lyonfilms.com

Hi Michael. Its right at a year old. I mounted it via the shoe on top of the A1 in the mount that came with it...worked pretty well. It makes the cam a little top heavy and not super probably for run and gun stuff, but I used it on a tripod.
